Hi, does anyone have a spare one of these as sold by ld part (p/n 148322). They are out of stock and I'm desperate to get hold of one to cure my water pump leak.
Thanks

I love deadlines - I like the whooshing sound they make as they pass by!
It appears everybody is out of stock of the ceramic rings for the water pumps and they are no longer available, I have spoken to Mike Allen and he will bring it up at the next SOC tooling fund meeting and hopefully they will re-manufacture them.
Just to be clear SOCTFL doesn't manufacture anything - rather we support others to do so through project management support, technical advice and funding. Thanks for confirming they're out of stock Tony, we will indeed discuss what assistance we can give at our meeting on Friday (it's all in the timing).
Thanks
Paul
Paul - 3 projects, 1 breaker - garage built and housing 2 white Stags. One runs, one doesn't
Any news on the ceramic seals? The ceramic seals were advertised as being useable without the ceramic seal on a "standard" impeller or with the ceramic element with a machined impeller. To me this implies the seal should be the same as the "standard" seal and possibly useable if the machined impeller with the ceramic element is undamaged - has anyone any experience with such use?
The alternative is a replacement impeller with the "standard" seal - I recall these were being remanufactured with the support of the SOCTFL, are these now available?
Thanks
Peter
I'm pretty sure no-one has any ceramic seals at this time and I believe SOCTFL has funded the manufacture of a phosphor bronze replacement impeller which I believe will soon be available from the usual suppliers.

Two questions for the SOCTFL ; I thought the phosphor bronze impellers would be available by now, can anyone update me on their availability? Pete707r's post mentions a SOCTFL funded water seal - is this available and if it is how do I know I'm ordering the correct part? (And who stocks them?).
Thanks
