Found out just how good a Stag can be this week
SWMBO and I drove down to Kent for a few days - we had the top down every day for8 consecutive days! - and the Stag performed faultlessy. Including going over to the National yesterday we covered just over 1,000 miles. This included being in traffic on the M25 for an hour in each direction and being in heavy traffic in Canterbury when it was 31deg C (the hottest day for 3 years I belive). The temperature never moved on either occasion!
Oil and water consumption was practically zero. I now feel confident to drive my Stag anywhere! (Hope it doesn't break down now aftersaying that !!)
We saw 3 other Stags: a yellow one in Shrewsbury on Friday, a white one in New Romney on Monday and a Tahiti Blue one in Bodiam on Thursday.
