Radio blanking plate

I'm hoping someone can give a little general advice. I've got a naff 70's radio in mine, doesn't work but I use a wireless speaker from my phone anyway. I hate the look of the old radio and I can't stand things on the car that don't work. I may as well remove it - are there suitable blanking plates available anywhere? Maybe suitably branded? I believe the car originally would have come with one but I can only find tat on ebay. What do you other folks do?
