Just to clarify the last thread. My Father-in -Law Tommy Mainland made me an electronic device to stop the fuel warning light flashing from half full. It works brilliantly, but, living in Orkney he has no local electronics component shop so had to order parts online from Farnell (or might have been RS). He had to order quite a few components to get to the minimum order for non-UK mainland postage and so decided to make a few and sell them. He has sold 15 or so in the last 3 years and only has a few left. They are still £25 (this reflects mainly the cost of parts and the box in which they are potted) but they are easy to install and come with full instructions.
