Yes, if they are 5.5 x 14 with 72 spokes they will fit MG-B and Triumph Stag.

What wire wheels will fit the Stag? I have bought some stuff from these folk and found their fitment chart useful. http://www.mwsint.com/OurWireWheels.asp. If you have a look I think you will find that effectively Stag wheels will fit an MGB, but the standard MGB wheels are not on the recommended list for the Stag. So find out the size of the wheels on offer, you might be lucky.

As an MG owner in a previous life (!) I can confirm that Stag wheels will fit and MGB so I guess it will work the otherway round too. It was quite common for MGB-ers to fit stag wheels because of their similarity to MGB LE wheels. Same diameter, stud pattern and offset. However stag wheels have a shorter inner boss then MGB wheels and so do not fit over the MGB rear axle hub nut.
I would assume the same goes for wire wheels but can't confirm.
My second B (a very nice V8 Roadster) had 15 inch chrome wires and they looked great but were a bit of a bother to keep clean.
