    Stageringly good videos

Having searched the forum to see if there is an 'index' of good 'how to' videos, I was wondering if it would be a good idea to have this topic as a kind of index of videos on how to do this / how to do that for our beloved Stags. Its certainly something that a 'newbie' like me would find useful and I hope might become a great resource for the club.

So............. if you have posted a video of a job you have done on your Stag, or you know a really good one on YouTube, please post the link below.

To get things started, I've posted a couple (sorry, they are from Rimmers), which I have found pretty informative.

    Cheers :-)

Seems like an excellent idea, maybe the administrators could get another folder for such items...?

Terry, I think Gary was poking fun at the Rimmers videos in posts # 2 & 3 above. Have to say they are a bit cheesy!

Also Rimmer assume the engine is accessible as in the video which they never are, and the studs never just come out as simply as suggested. But useful info nevertheless.

Ha ha ha - yes exactly.....which is why I apologised for those as examples :-) . And why does he need nitrite gloves on such a spotless engine?

Pity we don't have someone like this guy! Both my kids have Mini Cooper S' (R53 Supercharged version). This guy has 43 videos on just about every job possible in including complete engine rebuild. We recently replaced a clutch and followed his video. Extremely knowledgeable, instructive and informative. Check out one or two. Maybe an opportunity for some one to produce the same for a Stag??
