i joined the club when i bought my stag i phoned first and was told to do it online as this will be quicker which i did,that was 5 weeks ago .after2 weeks i phoned and was told it was sent second class , and then at 3 weeks i phoned again i explained i could have walked it quicker but was told to ring back the next day as he would be suprised if it wasnt there by the next day,guess what it wasnt so i rang back and got hes wife who checked my details were correct and said a new pack would go out the next day. its 2 weeks later now and still nothing,when i rang back the second time i asked for my membership number otherwise i wouldnt even be on here. is this normal or am i expecting to much?

This is very unusual and down to the post office I think. our membership secretary is very diligent. You can email him instead as he would want to know that you were sorted.His email address is membership@stag.org.uk
