    Monsoon Car Cover

I am on my second Monsoon car cover in two years, the first was replaced by James Paddock without any problems, but in recent week the replacement has just fallen apart so I have spoken to a very helpful man at Cover Zone who has agreed to upgrade my cover to a Stormforce for an additional £30, it seems the Monsoon cover is not suitable for summer use with temperatures over 21c! so if you do need to cover you car over the summer use the Stormforce.

I had2 monsoon covers both of which were not up to the rigours of being out in all weathers combined with daily use - i thought i was just unlucky with the first one

I opted for the Hamilton Classics Outdoor cover this time (similar to the Stormforce i think) which seems to be doing much better - i do think that you need to consider them as 'consumable' though - i am hoping that this one will survive2 hard winters - maybe three if we do not have significant snow/ice like last year - covers do not like being constantly rolled/folded when very icey !

fingers crossed thatyour newStormforce does the job ........ Andy

      hi
i have a stormforce cover very pleased and its been on and off all through the winter its easy to fold and roll compared to the moltex one from hamilton with a fleece lining i sent that back as i found it too bulky to roll up.
      cheers grahame

I had the same problem and thought something in the rain or from passing aircraft had caused it to break up like yours, sadly it is not very uv proof either and my french blue paint is water stained !! Martin.
