Stag leaking

[new to this]

My brothers stag leaks front passenger floor not sure about driver side when raining .have tried hard top and soft top but sill leaks

Is it possible that water is getting in between the gutter on the side of the windscreen frame and the frame itself and then running down inside the frame and A pillar? Or maybe the rain is getting under the flatchrome strip on top of the frame.
