Third time roundI have ordered parts,First and second time wrong parts sent so did not bother complainingdeemed not worth the manpower and hassle for under a tenner. Now ordered 4x drum retainingscrews ( got Range rover ones ) ordered 2x wheel studs ( don't fit ),.....end of.

Don't get this problem with Paddocks, Ldparts, tony hart, Justriumph, Robsport,etc,etc,etc,etc......What is it !! doI turn stupid or something when ordering from rimmers.

It's really starnge as Rimmers CAN be excellent in my experience. Rarely use them for Stag parts but thein-laws have a Rover 75 and I always get the parts from Rimmers. So far nothing but excellent service.

Well maybe you are!! ...Lol

Fellow Stag owner had purchased some bushes off of Rimmer Bros and had paid a Garage to fit them and the owner still had the same problem with his car, so off came those bushes which were found to be to soft, replacement ones were dispatched and a voucher for ÂŁ60.00 towards the cost of fitting also sent.


Might be the way you approach the problem, when told about the bushes they investigated their stock and were only to pleased it was bought to there attention.

Rimmers are not usually my first choice - but i certainly wouldn't rule out using them to keep my car running if i need to.

Depending on which parts i need in December/January their mid-winter offers are sometimes very handy
