Where to buy Oil Filler Cap Gasket from?

I have searched high and low on t'intenet for an oil filler cap gasket and cannot find one. I'm so frustrated as found one the other day and can;t recall where.

I need to get one as the oil filler cap on mine is leaking

I;ve tried Rimmers and Tony Harts ebay shop and can;t see anything. any other suggestions?

Rimmers advertise it as RS1441. If they don't stock it, call Paddocks as they have lots of bits that are not listed on their website.

Hi Simon

Soak the cap in paraffin overnight as per the service requirement in the ROM this make sure it breathes correctly

do you mean the old cap or the cap when new gasket arrives?

The cap without gasket which should be replaced if faulty/worn.
