Morgan Colours?

Hello,

a friend of mine who does not have an internet connection (a rare "endangered species") is looking for a Morgan paint, which is much darker than British Recing Green - almost black. What colour could that possibly be? Any help is highly appreciated.

Could be Mallard Green, only seen 1 Stag with it, almost black, looked really nice.

Hi Dieter

A friend of mine bought a new morgan about 8 years ago and at the time I remember him saying he had a choice of 10,000 colours .. in other words he could chose any colour he wanted. So I guess your friend will have to get a colour match done by a specialist paint factor. There are good ones in the UK who can match any paint. Even if you know paint codes etc sometimes there are different shades or the paint has faded so a paint match is a good solution.

Hello everybody,

Thank you all for your help. I reckon Jeff is right here: it seems to be mallard green.

My friend does not own that Morgan. He only saw it in the US recently and wondered whether that colour would be ideal for the TR6, which he is restoring at the moment.
