Heater fan fuse keeps popping

Hi all

Does anyone know of a common problem that might cause the heater fan fuse to keep blowing? Mine has started to do this, just of course when I might just need it!

I had this when I bought my car, I took the radio out and pulled the fan switch to see it sparking, I replaced the switch and the problem stopped.
