Audi are certainly producing some tasty looking motors at the mo. It hard to see classics out of modern cars, everything is so throw away now, almost made to be recycled ....but I bet they said similar tothat in the 70's, I was too busy buying singles and pogoing!
Won't show this to Mrs C as she might get ideas above her station!
well if you want an all weather convertible but don't have £49k lying around, do what I did and spend about a grand on a mk3 astra convertible with electric hood.ok it's not an audi but I get hood down motoring whenever the stag is being fettled and don't care that much if it gets the odd ding or mucky as buggery and it goes like stink, winner! swimbo said "if you buy any more cars I'm leaving you" I told her to stop teasing me" think I'll pay for it somewhere along the line.
Audi are losing it a bit with the latest designs and that awful gaping mouth. They're starting to get a few Chris Bangle creases as well :X
Probably the best complete and consistent design concept from interior to exterior but bugged by many nitty gritty problems with displays, switchgear and the like. FSI V8's have a serious problem. Audi does a lot of no quibble exchanges and upgrades to stop these things getting too public!
I have to drive a Merc due to company policy and they are dinosaurs. Probably best safety you can buy but so lethargic in everything from the Nav system to the auto boxes. NEVER try and do a 3-point turn with their auto box if you can see a juggernaut within a mile!
Have to agree that BMW are getting it together again after their disastrous Chris Bangle period. New 5 series estate looks stunning
