So my rebuilt front struts actually work and the new springs have improved road holding like I never knew a Stag could do.
Had several people previously comment on how low my car sat. I thought it had lowered springs but when I bought my new 1in lowered springs and got the old ones off the car I realised the old springs were 1in taller! Turns out the original springs were so far gone they were letting my car sling low like a rap stars designer jeans.
Ride is now tight, 'triumph twitch' all but gone (not brave enough to throw her around too hard) and she sits sweet and short like the miniskirt on my primary school teacher I always had a crush on
