for the life of me i cant remember the simple mechanics of rotation speed of driven pully wheels.

Does a larger diameter driven pully wheel revolve quicker then a smaller driven pully?

smaller circumference on the smaller pulley therefore would have to rotate more and thereforefaster for a given linear belt movement
