Hi,

Having been a passive member for too long, I thought I'd take the plunge into the forum.

I've had my MkII for about 6 yrs, but at the last MoT I had a "bit" of a shock, when a hole was pointed out in the floor. nothing structural (yet), but it needs fixing.

I've just moved to the Southamptin area from NE Hants, and don't know of any reputable bodyshops that could be trusted to tackle the work. Anyone got any tips or advice.

Welcome to the Forum, even if you're an old hand when it comes to Stags.

You can't be too far away from Southern Triumph who are in Bournemouth: http://www.southerntriumph.co.uk/who come highly recommended and are often in Triumph World - they offer their services to a journalist called Kim Adams who often writes in the mag.

One word of caution however, the owner is a bt of a perfectionist and there's nothing wrong with that but when I took my car there he came up with a very long list of things that he said needed doing. I would emphasise that he was quite right and he was NOT just trying to drum up businessbut if I'd done all of them then my car would have been like new and I'd be broke :shock: (even more than I am already )
