Oil gauge that would suit a mk 2

Not interested myself as i have a mechanical gauge but thought this would sit well in a mk 2 dash, not sure if it includes the sender unit .

not a bad likeness for the stag gauge, the holy grail is the TR6 oil gauge, even Alan at the gauge shop can't get these.

Most expensive mod i have done to the stag. Fitted the oil gauge and needed an engine rebuild

      That's the. 3000 up

          Hi

I took another course and used a gauge from a 60s rootes car got from e bay for ÂŁ5. All I had to do was to change bezel to a new chromeone for the black one fitted ÂŁ2.50 and paint the orange needle with white paint. dial is the same as the other stag dials now with a better scale of 0 to 80 psi.

I have just picked up my oil gauge (from Alan at the gauge shop), it's a Jaeger gauge with the dials facing up. I think the gauge is from a Roots car

Nice gauge TJK. Looks better than the 0-100psi I have (but not fitted yet). I suppose being a shorter scale, the needle sits nearer the middle rather than lurking in the lower segments when the engine is running.

                        Cheers Johny

Johny, is this the gauge you have got but not yet fitted? Found it on the Gauge Shop website. I reckon the larger the scale, the more accurate the reading. Yes / no?
