i know we have been here before and youd think id have got the hang of it by now so apologies in advance but im strugling with my pics and need help to simplify things how do i get them on here easily and a normal size instead of the panoramic widescreens ive just posted.

You need to make sure that the link to the picture location is between img and /img in square brackets. Press return to leave a line or two between pictures and it should work ok.
Another option, is to Google PIXresiser, you can download a free safe small programme that does it for you, I've been using it for about 2 years and never a speck of trouble. I also have fading hair and like things simple, this is ! Martin.
If you have Microsoft Office you should have Microsoft Picture Manager. This has a 'Resize Tool', as does virtuallyall picture editing software. Picture Manager is easy to use:

I too have hair loss and grey hair and struggle with technology but I found the freebee that Martin mentions is good and easy to use

You were doing just fine , but with one or two pics you posted you had not copied the links correctly , the others were fine , Me personally I like the large pictures they give the detail , And the SOC are paying for the bandwidth so don't worry mate
much thanks for the advice guys im looking at the resiser that martin and roger gave me the heads up on and it looks easy to use so may stick with it and see how i get on .
