Close Centre Air Vents

Is there a way to close the centre air vents?
With the hood on these days there is a chilly draft from the centre vent. I can direct it to the passenger side but then the passenger complains bitterly :-)

Did not see a setting on the heater to do this or any veins on the vent to close. Admittedly I was doing 70 on the motor way when trying to find it.

Could have another look tonight but as I had a spare hour traveling thought I would ping the forum :-) see if anyone is awake this time of the morning :-)

The left hand vertical lever should close these.

It and it just moved the vent down :-)

It's the left hand lever on the heater control unit, not the wheel on the vent itself, which will just change the direction of the vent. I think it says Fresh at one end and off at the other end, or something similar.

You could always fill it up with a Tom Tom as I believe they fit nicely in the space

I've fitted a TomTom in place of the vents.





Great fit and no draught as i made a wooden piece to fit the apperture and covered this in black vinyl.
