i have a flamenco red stag with tan interior and black stripes but am changing the stripes to gold because it look much better

According to the restorers guide the following should be considered a 'best guess':

Carmine - Gold stripes

Pimento - Black stripes

I would say, tan interior-gold stripes. Black interior- black stripes(like my car)
