    Quarter light seals

I'm thinking of putting a new pair of quarter light seals on the Stag and wondered if anyone has done this yet? Are they difficult to fit? I think mine are causing a fair bit of wind noise as they are very perished, although they don't leak!

    Thanks

Brian, I have started this, I've only gotten round to doing the drivers side. Not too hard to do. Take the door card off, 3 bolts hold the quarter light winder, open the quarter light and pull it up. Mine was quite tight, I soaked it in WD40. The new seals are a perfect fit!!

        Brian,

Check this out. Found it in the member's section under SOCTFL.

They are SOCTFL parts, Ben. So they should be the same price from all the usual outlets (EJW, JP, RB, Robsport, LDparts).

Brilliant it wasnt so much the price, was more best fit but as they all come from SOCTFL then i assume they will be spot on

                  thanks

I did mine last year and if I can fit them anyone can! Just make sure you don't muddle them up - fitted the driver's side and then realised I'd fitted the near-side one! The air was blue I can tell you!
