Can anyone tell me if the there is a special tool for removing con-rod nuts? This is the first time I have seen nuts like this, so any advice will be most welcome.

As I said this is the firsttime I have come across this type of nut - wouldn't happen to know the size would you? Don't want to have to go and buy a complete set if I can help it...

I think there 9/16" AF I've just helped Dean start his bottom end rebuild and I think that's what they were. (should know really I took the crank out)
