Remove Wood Dashboard

All of the wood has now been removed except the wood with the heater and the radio section which I am unable to see how this is removed.

How is this peice of wood secured?
HOw to release the wood from the Heater control panel

Have you taken off all the fittings, including heater control panel (remove all the little black screws!!)?
