water pump seals

hi there, I am rebuilding the engine on the stag and thought i should renew the water pump seals as a matter of course while the inlet manifold is off.the pumplooks in remarkable condition,no wear on gear and no pitting where it goes into the bush.what are the best quality seals available and has anyone any tips on fitting them? thanks simon.

Glad to hear that the gears are good.

I think they are all the same quality but Iwould strongly advise you to do the modification as below so that you don't have to do the job again
