Just to let you know that I contacted Brian and he has resolved the problem for me, although between us we have identified a problem with the email system which he is looking into.

Hi Noel,

That's great stuff! Brian told me earlier that the problem was eventually resolved and seemingly it is the email system as you say that is the main culprit, so let's hope also that can be sorted out before too long on vBulletin's side.

Yes with a great deal of effort and patience on Brian's part the problems have been sorted out and all is working well now.

Test to see why the "Insert Video" tool is not working as it was previosly.

Using Insert Video icon comes up with :- https://youtu.be/588Zk28nmHI
- when it should come up with the video title screen itself.

Worked O.K. previously in post #13 "Stag Tenerife Sightseeing Tours" thread

Now seems to bring up a Link instead, similar to what you get if you copy/paste Link location which brings up :- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=588Zk28nmHI&t=11s

It appears to be that instead of pasting the video URL (which the insert video tool asks for),
you need to paste the "link location" instead as this will bring up :-

It seems VB5 wants everyone to create his own library (VB4 actually did this too but not so "in the face"). Then you transfer you r library pics to the post. It is possible to post pics directly, but they then get downsized in resolution.

Yes, you are right Drew, I uploaded a 1496 wide pic above, I changed the size from 800 to 1496 in the appropriate field, but it ignored the larger size and uploaded it in 800 anyway.
