        I have looked into this before my car is LD23**** and is 8 months over the tax free cut off, my car being registered 01 - 08 - 1973.
        Oh well at least my road fund licence pays for the supurb road network..

          I am just about to tax mine now its a1977 so no chance of it being tax exempt any time soon.
          Not unless I see a 72 v5 on ebay that is

              72 Tax exempt ,mot free,parts all discount,sorry Ben i work in the trade (bodyshop) also security when i feel like it,so the most expensive part of stag ownership for me is fuel.
