15 inch wheels

hi there
have just seen some rather nice minilight 7J /15 wheels on ebay(item no140521399146),I have some nearly new pirelli 205/65/15 h rated tyres taken off my mgrv8 as they were the wrong speed rating,would these tyres on the minilight wheels fit on the stag? if so which would suit tahiti blue best anthracite or black? regards simon.

Hi Simon,
I believe that some suppliers are offering 15 inch versions of the standard Stag alloy wheels, so 15inch ones will fit.
However, my concerns would be:-
Are the holes the same distance apart - therefore will they physically fit.
and
Is the distance from the inside of the wheel to the centre of the tyre the same (I don't know what the technical term is, but I'm sure someone else will).

15 inch wheels are fine - but the ones in this listing are 7J - personally i think you would have trouble with a 7" width wheel - but perhaps the offset on these eliminates any fouling ?

there are plenty of old threads on alternative wheels worth having a look at

I have fitted new minilites for my Stag and the size of the wheel is 6j x 15" the tyre size fitted is 205/65VR15 which is I think as big a wheel/tyre combination you can have without fouling the body, good luck with them as I think they look greatStag.jpg
