Head lights

does any one know how to remove the wiring and grommet from the head light bowls

Dave,
with the lamps out of the car give the grommets a good clean spray some silicone lubricant around the grommet and by gently levering the inside at an angle and gently push the opposite "tail" side with some thing blunt you can usually get it to pop through however the wire is injection moulded in to the grommet so if you need to get an extra wire in its almost impossible .
Recently when adding H4/s and H1's to mine I cut the grommet opened it out inserted the new wire and refitted but use some self amalgamating tape to bond it back together, Great stuff is self amalgamating tape.
