Taxation Class

Does anyone know what a Taxation Class of 'Disabled' means? I'm now getting to the stage of being able to tax the car (for the first time since 2003) and have noticed that on the disc in the screen it says 'Disabled'....the car was built in Jan 2004 so doesn't qualify for a freebie, so what is 'Disabled'?? It just means that the previous owner was disabled and qualified for free (or possibly just reduced) road tax.

Thanks. Should be no problems at the DVLA office then changing to normal (boo hoo) road tax.
