Wiring up an "ooga" horn - advice please.

I know it's a bit tacky but I've always wanted one of these! It's only a cheapy of ebay and will probably sound naff but I'll give it a try!!
I've found the attached wiring diagram - the only bit I'm confused about is wiring up the horn button. I presume I take a live feed from the ignition but how do I wire up the button? The button I've bought has 4 connections - presumably 2 + and 2 -.
I know I'll need an inline fuse between the battery and relay - do I need another anywhere?

    Cheers.

Whaddaya mean, tacky, I've had a Klaxon for years, it makes people smile ! Pretty good diagram, but I'd use a crossover switch and a switching (5 post) relay, that way you only need one horn push. The easy option, is to ignore the original horn circuit and connect it to a separate horn push. Martin.

No offence! I was expecting a barrage of abuse from certain Norfolk members!!
I'm intending on fitting an entirely new circuit and retaining the hold horn too as not sure if it would pass a
      MOT with a Klaxon alone.
