Can someone recommend who is best for a wool carpet set for a Stag
the prices for wool vary?
Aldringe , Rimmers etc
I would prefer a set with bound edges but who makes them.

Also which sets fit best without too much work

This is an easy answer Aldridge every time. I have had seat covers, foams, wool carpets from them and they deliver quality. The colour match on the carpet and the seat covers was also impressive. I also ran out of seat cover clips. Phoned them up and 20 were in the post free of charge. Not a lot of money for clipsI agree but these little things make the difference with a supplier IMO.

Can not recommend them more highly.

do the carpets from Aldridges have bound or stitched seams around the edges.

Yep, I've been very pleased with my Aldridge wool carpets (apart from getting paint and oil all over them - and they're light cream )

They needed a little bit of trimming here and there but all of the edges are simply folded over and glued behind.
