I read today that ebay is making changes to its feedback system. From May eBay will only allow buyers to leave negative feedback yet sellers can only leave positive comments or remain silent. Apparently it's being done to stop what eBay describes as 'intimidation'. I've always felt the feedback system was flawed - you leave totally jusified negative feedback, and you tend to get it back - but I'm not sure the new arrangements are progress? As least with the current system you can look at the feedback profile of both parties and usually spot who's the bad guy.
