    Rear shoe spring photo

    Hi I have taken off my rear shoes as handbrake not working but cant get the things back on correctly .Does anyone have a photo of spring position as I cant make it out from the manual .Thanks

    Try this, It's been on my phone since I serviced my brakes.

    This is actually a photo of a Renault Megane rear brake

      Hi

      Hopefully these two photos may assist. I took them as points of reference when dismantling my stag for restoration.

        If you go to the SOC website Member's Area you can access the old Technical Reprints. http://www.stag.org.uk/technical/index.htm
        If you click on page 163 on the lft hand side there are diagrams of the springs. Not photos but should help.

            I hope your Stags brakes don't look like that - Is that from a Triumph 2000? Certainly not Stag!

                  Now that you have spotted my deliberate mistake, I can now let you know the photo is of my son's Renault Mégane rear brakes. Sorry I will remove the photo
