My doors have nylon clips as shown in the photo which fit into 1/8" (approx) holes in the inner door. Does anyone have any idea where I can get these? The ones supplied by Rimmers etc (GHF1141) appear to be a completely different fitting. clip.jpg
I think this clip just holds the rod in place and stops rattling. If you cant get a used one from somewhere I would have though a tie wrap would do the job just as well.
Hi V Mad
Thanks for your help but what's a tie wrap?
I bought a couple of clips GHF1141 for this job but of course they don't fit . What type of holes do these fit into? Are they square?
I have been fitting new door bottoms and tried today to trial fit the drivers side after the cutting and welding. I seem to have managed to distort the door so it won't fit. That little problem puts the clip problem into perspective!
