Amber American Front Cruise light wiring options

Dear All,

I have a pair of the front amber american cruise lights, that I want to wire into both my side lights and indicators.

I've seen on the forum that it can be done so that the cruise lights flash in opposition to the indicators, however has anybody got some ideas how to design a circuit so when they are connected the cruise lights and indicators flash simultaneously and yet the criuse lights remain illuminated with the standard side lights afterwards?

G'day Raoul,
I did a similar thing back in my youth with a Mk2 Cavalier SRi, the easiest way was to convert the bulb holders to take a small twin filament bulb and wire up accordingly to the correct circuit. To mod the original circuits you would need a Relay it could be easily hidden around the tail lights but I can’t work out the cabling!

I'm pleased to say I shall be returning home on Friday to thaw out!
Unfortunately, I then have to go to Canberra for two weeks, it was -6C there last week. Not looking forward to it I can tell you!
