I'm impressed Nick well worth the wait to see old yella! I do like the vinyl hardtop I think that really looks good with the black pin strip real nice.

I might have to take a look to see if this would suit my car being a shade of yellow!:shock::shock:

man od done 94k rebuilt 12 years ago has a bit of tin worm along the bottoms of doors but not bad at all I think the colour is actually a ford shade but heho!!

think it's probably a ford colour,but i am not bothered it's well in keeping with the era

have to put it aainst a few others at nat day and compare. it was a proper job when it was done though.

when we looked at the car, Russ thought it was a ford yellow, I didnt have a clue,other than it didnt looks as translucent as most ofTriumph yellowsbut Pat said that is actually a Daf colour.


Looks very good, what ever it is. Like the black roof.

If its 70s ford then it'll be daytona yellow. My brother had a mk3 Cortina in it, it was cool. ( to an 8 year old any way!)

i'm goimg to take the car to a paint place i know and get them to match it up,Daf.Ford? who cares it's a great looking car. took the hard top off today, soft top and frame are pretty god too, chromes come up pretty good too................happy days..
