i know i had a little problem tonight, but it's the first run in her for nearly 3 weeks, i missed it even SWMBO said how nice it was compared to the Renault, got the bug good and proper now gents, cant wait for the drive to work then i hope plenty sunshine for the weekend

ok, so the drive to work, what can i say absolutly fantastic, no problems, the sun was out the top down, bit chilly, but i enjoyed every bit of it, she performed fantasticly, even when i cruised at 80 on the dual carrigeway, even managed to overtake a modern who thought i would be slow, how wrong can they be, she ( the mini) accelerated when i got about level with her, i lost her little mini at 70ish what a feeling, the sound at that speed when you floor her whoop whoop there is nothing like it, makes you proud and just shows, running right they really dont hang about, she pulls like a train, no flat spot, no hesitation nothing just power i really had to stop myself at 80ish, she really just wanted to be let go, but i know MR Plod has an unmarked blue insignia on that road too, they wait on the birdge just round the bend . Cant wait for the ride home

I know exactly what you mean, you can't beat a good blast in a Stag with the roof down.

Mine however has an inbuilt 'speed limiter' - once I get above 80 it makes strange droning noises from the back. (No I am not referring to passengers!) . I will take a look and work out what it is it one day!
