New owner of 1971 Stag KJW932K
I am so pleased that I have now bought a lovely 1971 Mk1 Stag which I get next Thursday. I have been looking for a car for the last 6 months and seen many cars. I think I may the right decision to spend a little more than the £5K that I had originally budgeted for - you get so much more of a car. This car is in Saffron Yellow and in top condition. It has many original features.
It is also nice that the car is staying in Bucks, where it has been for some years.
I wanted to ask fellow members a few things before I take delivery form the current owners next week.
Is the club insurance scheme the best?
Has anyone ever fitted three rear seats belts with third a lap belt for three children in the back?
What is people's advice re: AA / Green Flag? Is there a special club scheme or best to add to current policy?
I am really looking forward to being a full member of the SOC for many years and hearing your experiences.
