The thing that appeals to me about the Speedbleeders is the ability to bleed the brakes on your own. I was thinking of them for the GT6, not the Stag. My Easybleed kit does not contain a suitable adaptor for the GT6 brake master cylinder and I don't have a spare cyclinder to rob the cap off.

Hi Bruce,
Using the pipe with a slit does allow you to bleed the brakes yourself. I leave the end of the pipe with the slit submersed in a jar of fluid & pump the pedal with my hand whilst watching for all the air coming out. Then just go and tighten the nipple.
I have the same problem with the easybleed kit in that the caps don't fit. What I use now is an old master cylinder cap with an air compressor fitting fixed through the lid. Then just attach the compressor, but make sure your pressure regulator is set low! If you don't have a spare cap, hunt around the kitchen for one. I use a peanut butter jar lid for the land rover!
