    Hazard warning switch

I still can't find out why it doesn't function. All indicators work, but when the hazard switch is pulled out nothing does. I've cleaned all the terminals, given the in-out action so much grief that I've nearly gone blind. Even the light in the switch refuses to light. What haven't I thought of yet?

There are 2 flasher units, one for the indicators, the other for the hazards. Have you fitted the hazard flasher unit?

Location, location? Relays? One behind the fuse board on the relay panel? The other floating behind the instrument panel looking for somewhere to hang? Am I close?

        Hi John,

yes that is correct, although the indicator flasher unit is located in different places on some cars, mine is similar to yours, The 4 way flasher is on the Relay board and the indicators dangling behind the dash.

        Dave.

Anything I can do to establish why it isn't working?
