when i was taking the rear bumper brackets of my mk2 i found out it was really a mk1 bumper
they had fitted mk2 rear badge and put pop rivets in the other to holes only taken me 18 years to notice

And if he lived in my part of the country (and if it was front bumper not rear) there'd be a real risk that he'd ........ wait for it.............
bag a badger with his bodged badge (they're always trying to play chicken round here !)
