Good afternoon Stag aficionados. I've one of those relay gizmo's fitted to aid starting and I went to start the car today and it blew the relay fuse. I checked the wiring and it was hot - any thoughts? Possible sticking solenoid?
Is he contact clean where it connects to the solenoid? If its dirty it will increase the resistance which in turn increases the load and heat generated.
