Not quite MOT time yet but not too long.
When the wipers wipe the cleared area doesn't overlap, there is a section of about 3/4" which is missed. I am guessing this isn't correct but what is causing it.
I read a previous thread about TR6 gearboxes being almost identical but giving a different throw, there are wiring splices between motor and gearbox so I think one or other has been replaced at some time.
I have had the top off and there are three holes in the large gear but the pin is mounted into the outer one which should give the biggest throw. Rimmers have a replacement but at £30+ I would like to be sure it is wrong, so, is there any way I can check it is the wrong gear or could there be something else that is wrong or worn out?
Thanks
Keith
