Just to let everyone know after my recent choke cable problems Rimmer Bros have replaced the choke cables and included a light switch which was not part of the original deal all within 24 hours, their theory and mine is that the cables were a rogue set and the replacement will be ok, this is very good service by the company that i think you should all know about, credit where credits due...steve

yeah, i have had brilliant service from rimmers, i ordered some fuel pump fittings at 9 am and they arrived next day, all fitted perfectly, and it worked out about £3 cheaper than other supplies and that was inc VAT and Delivery

The service I've had from Rimmers has been excellent.

Delivery is quick and whenever I've had a niggle they've responded really, really well.

The only thing I'd say is that I always check LD first for the best quality, but I'm glad we've got Rimmers - especially with their website.

Have to add my two pence
I ordered some parts in December 10 and only fitted them in June 11 found the one bolt on the particular fitting to be too short and following an email a new set complete with washers spacers etc. arrived the next day. I was expecting a debate but credit to them ! Can't say they are the cheapest I just used their sale in December so they were for the bits I wanted.

Some others have kept me waiting days for things when they are "supposed" to be next day and charge for it.

I prefer to speak to someone who knows about Stags and lets say as an example I am ordering a part, they advise that I may also need another part to go with it and do I want to add it? Better still, how to fit these parts. Rimmers are a retailer and every time I order something from them, they seem to think I want it the next day and charge me so. Thats where they make their money, a bit like the shopping channel (so I am told). I do accept that there maybe good deals, although I have never seen one, but I would rather speak and deal with a Stag specialist supplier rather than a retailer making a buck.

Hello Andrew Rimmers do a phone line you can ring, having used this service several times i have always got through and the person I spoke to was clued up on stags, this may sound like i am a paid up member of the Rimmers fan club I can only say it how I have found it, you can choose your postage at the time of ordering....Steve..
