Distributor model number

Hi

Does anyone know the model/part number of a Stag distributor
My local auto electrical shop reckons his collegue has some vacuum advance units in stock but would want a reference. Probably a D with some numbers.

I'll start searching but just thought someone might know it off the top of their head

Well for a start it is a model 35D8, Lucas 41276 but there were other part nos depending on year.

Search for Stag. There were a few different numbers.

The number is stamped on the side of the dizzy, if you can't read it try putting some plasticene or similar over it then peel it off, you should be able to read it then.Ian

Well for a start it is a model 35D8, Lucas 41276 but there were other part nos depending on year.

41276 is for one of the first models, so I would guess yours is a 41525.

Thanks Guys...you were all spot on.
The plasticene trick worked a treat Ian ...took a few goes with a magnifier though.


So its a 41525 35D8 and I assume 75 is the year
