    Electric Fan Switch

    Hi

I have been looking at this on E bay but wanted to know if anyone else had bought one and are the any good?

Would this replace the Kenlowe switch and if so what wiring would I need?

Probably fine - it's effectively the same as having a sender in the radiator, but not adjustable like the Kenlowe switch. Revotec produce something very similar but adjustable. As far as wiring goes you could simply use this to switch a relay that powers the electric fan.

Stuart, i bought a Rovotec as per seasides advice, it's very neat and tidy. £60 including vat and postage may be a bit steep, but it looks like its supposed to be there!

I had a leak in my radiator resoldered and a boss to take a thermoswitch soldered in for £30. Half the price, neater in my view and 2 less joins to leak.
