I am celebrating 22 yrs yesterday married to the metropolitan police and I get a medal,,,,
still alittle bit of me still proud to serve Her majesty,,albeit not in a theatre of war...but still serving the best monarch yet!!!

I'd like to second that. Many friends serving in the police, and all decent blokes who tend to get an unjustly hard time from the media and certain sections of the public.

I personally have huge respect for you, and also in absolute agreement about ER2 - wonderful monarch, with seriously funny non-PC husband..... long may they reign, and thanks for the last 22 years Mr W.
