Fitting new grill badge

Needing to replace my front badge but not sure howto remove it from the holder. Is it just by force or is there an easier way?

Hi IVE JUST REPLACED MINE!- I DRILLED HOLE IN BACK THEN SLOWLY PUNCHED OUT!

IS GLUED IN WITH A MASTIC ON BASE!

NEW ONE JUST PRESSED IN SQARELEY!
