Engine start tomorrow. Will it be a bang or a roar ? I'm terrified to find out but it sounds terrific turning over with the plugs in and no petrol yet ! Please keep your fingers crossed for me........

OK - good news and less good news. The engine team came round tonight for the big event. Good news is we stopped the carbs overflowing. Less good news is we couldn't get a decent spark at the plugs. Currrent thought after much meter testing is that we have a duff coil, so we're going to fit a new one and try again next week - watch this space !
